Standard cleaning includes the following tasks and areas:
General Living Areas (Bedrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, etc.):
• Vacuuming: Carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Floor Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping of hard floors.
• Trash Removal: Emptying wastebaskets and replacing liners.
• Straightening Up: Organizing and tidying items as needed.
Kitchen:
• Surface Cleaning: Wiping down countertops.
• Sink and Faucet: Cleaning and sanitizing the sink and faucet area.
• Floor Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
• Trash Removal: Emptying the trash and replacing liners.
Bathrooms:
• Surface Cleaning: Wiping down countertops, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Sink and Faucet: Cleaning and sanitizing.
• Shower/Tub: Disinfecting the shower or tub area
• Floor Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping bathroom floors.
• Trash Removal: Emptying trash and replacing liners.
Additional services: You may add additional services such as fridge cleaning, oven cleaning or carpet washing at an additional cost.
**This service cannot be confused with a Deep Cleaning, which is a more comprehensive cleaning, targeting areas such as, baseboards, behind appliances, tiles, shower doors, walls, windows, light fixtures, inside microwave.

DEEP CLEANING
A deep cleaning includes the following tasks and areas:
General Living Areas (Bedrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, etc.):
• Dusting: All surfaces, including furniture, shelves, window sills, baseboards, and picture frames.
• Vacuuming: Carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Floor Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping of hard floors.
• Trash Removal: Emptying wastebaskets and replacing liners.
• Straightening Up: Organizing and tidying items as needed.
Kitchen:
• Surface Cleaning: Wiping down countertops, cabinets, and exterior appliances.
• Sink and Faucet: Cleaning and sanitizing the sink and faucet area.
• Stovetop and Microwave: Wiping down and removing any surface grime.
• Floor Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
• Trash Removal: Emptying the trash and replacing liners.
Bathrooms:
• Surface Cleaning: Wiping down countertops, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Sink and Faucet: Cleaning and sanitizing.
• Shower/Tub: Scrubbing and disinfecting the shower or tub area.
• Toilet: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the toilet.
• Floor Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping bathroom floors.

Entryways and Hallways:

MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT
Here’s a breakdown of what a move-out cleaning involves:
1. General Areas (Living Room, Bedrooms, Hallways):
•Dusting: All surfaces, including baseboards, window sills, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and shelves, are dusted.
•Vacuuming: Carpets, rugs, and floors are thoroughly vacuumed.
•Mopping: Hard floors, such as wood, tile, or laminate, are mopped to remove dirt and grime.
•Window Cleaning: Windows are cleaned inside, and tracks and sills are wiped down.
2. Kitchen:
•Cabinet Cleaning: All cabinets and drawers are wiped down inside and out.
•Countertops and Backsplash: These surfaces are scrubbed to remove stains and residue.
•Sink and Faucet: The sink and faucet are cleaned, and any hard water stains are removed.
•Flooring: Kitchen floors are swept, mopped, and any sticky residue is removed.
3. Bathrooms:
•Toilet Cleaning: The toilet is thoroughly cleaned, including the bowl, seat, tank, and base.
•Shower/Tub Cleaning: Showers, tubs, and tiles are scrubbed to remove soap scum, mold, and mildew.
